Secure Your Front-Row Seat: Join U-LIKE Furniture at Furniture China 2025

Even though the 30th China International Furniture Expo, better known as Furniture China 2025 doesn’t open until 10 September, travel planners are already circling Shanghai on their calendars. We are, too, because this year the show is more than another industry fixture for us: it is the launchpad for U-LIKE’s next design chapter, and we’d like you in the room from day one.

Where to find U-LIKE

U-LIKE splits its story across two dedicated spaces inside the Shanghai New International Expo Centre:

  • Dining Furniture Collection – Hall E3, Booth D32
  • Sofa & Bed Collection – Hall W5, Booth B18

Bed & Sofa Booth

Each stand is built as a miniature apartment rather than a catalogue rack. Step into E3 D32 and you’ll move through three dining-room vignettes, each one tuned to a specific lifestyle cue small-space city living, relaxed coastal, and modern countryside so you can see immediately how a table, bench or chair translates to the real world. Over in W5 B18 the spotlight turns to modular sofas and upholstered beds: new motion mechanisms, UK-FR-compliant fabrics, and surprising storage tricks engineered for today’s tighter footprints.

What’s new for 2025?

Over the past twelve months our R&D team in Bazhou has doubled down on three themes:

Design for longevity. Hidden-quick-release hardware lets repair crews swap a table leg or sofa arm on site in minutes; all metal frames pass 50 000-cycle fatigue testing.

Color that calms. Our 2026 palette leans into grounded neutrals—think mineral-tinted greys, dried-sage greens and pale walnut—chosen to reduce visual noise in multi-function spaces.

Materials with a conscience. Expect FSC-certified timber throughout, plus recycled-polyester weaves on high-traffic seating and water-based lacquers that cut VOC emissions by more than 50 percent compared with traditional finishes.

All three directions debut at Furniture China; you will not see them online or in export catalogues until after the fair.

Beyond the fairground: showroom + factory access

If you’d like to see where each prototype becomes a production run, we’re planning a post-fair train excursion from Shanghai to our 80 000 m² smart plant and 2 500 m² showroom in Bazhou. Visitors can watch powder-coating robots in action, inspect upholstery seams up close, and sit with our design leads to discuss private-label tweaks right next to the assembly lines that will build them. We are happy to handle hotel reservations in Tianjin or Langfang for guests who add the factory visit to their itinerary.

See you in Shanghai

Furniture China’s thirtieth edition promises to be its largest yet—350 000 m² of exhibits, more than 3 000 brands, and a visitor list that reads like a who’s who of global home retail. Amid that scale, think of U-LIKE as your calm, design-first base camp. Secure the flights, grab the hotel, and let us handle the rest. We look forward to welcoming you to E3 D32 and W5 B18 this September and, if you have a little more time, to the workshop where tomorrow’s best-sellers are already taking shape.
